About Us

JOY CHILDREN’S HOME Ministries is a nonprofit organization, located in the city of Madurai, South India. Our mission is to help take care of homeless children and children who come from poverty stricken homes in India. With a heart to follow God’s command to take care of the poor, Joy Children’s Home seeks to share God’s love with the little ones and raise up strong men and women, firmly rooted in the faith of Our Lord and Saviors Jesus Christ. We not only provide our children with their physical needs for shelter, food, cloths and education, we also care for their Spiritual nourishment.

We started Joy Children’s Home in 1996. Now there are around 40 Children under our care Most of them lost one of their parents by death, After finishing high school, they are sent to a trade school to learn a trade to make a living for themselves. We need more sponsors to support these children. You can help one life at a time. Your sponsorship will provide all the food, clothing, medical and educational needs of the child, to lift them from the slums of India. Even more important, your $30 gift will supply the life changing message of the Gospel on a daily basis planted in the heart of your sponsored child. This will help change their life and possibly their family and the entire community.
